Ingredients

    1 cup edamame shelled
    2 tbs tahini (sesame seed paste)
    1 clove garlic, minced
    juice of one lemon
    1/4 cup water
    1 dash salt


Directions

Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Serve with carrot sticks or pita chips.
