Ingredients

    12 cup Vegetable Broth
    1.5 cup Beans, red kidney
    1.5 serving canned bean mix per 1 cup (by JU_ISH)
    5 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    4 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    3 cup, sliced Zucchini
    1.25 serving tomato, fresh or canned, 2 cup (by DEBBEV)
    1 tbsp Pepper, black
    3 tsp Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (Evolution Salt Co) (by TAMMAGDALENO)
    4 clove Garlic

Tips

For a flavour boost add a one or two inch chunk of rind from a whole piece of Parmesan cheese, not the cheese part, just the rind. It can be spooned out after soup is cooked!


Directions

Put all in pot...bring to boil...simmer. Ready when veggies are tender.
