0.05 serving Butterball Natural Inspirations all natural Turkey Sausage links (3 links)
0.5 cup Boiled Potato (1/2 cup) No Skin no salt
1 tbsp chopped Onions, raw
0.1 cup Cheese, sharp cheddar, grated
2 tbsp Salsa
0.05 tsp Garlic Salt
Directions
Heat pan with butter flavor cooking spray. Add sliced turkey sausage and onion. Sauté on medium heat. Microwave potato for about 3 minutes or until soft. Peal its to under cold water then cut into bite size pieces. Add to pan and sauté until potatoes are browned. Scramble eggs in bowl with garlic salt and cheese. Add to pan and stir until eggs are cooked. Add salsa, stir and cook for 1 minute.
