    Boboli Original Italian Pizza Crust, 12 inch (without the sauce)
    4 tbsp Jack Daniel's Original No. 7 Recipe BBQ Sauce
    3-7 ounces cooked chicken breast (I use either grilled, BBQ'd or roasted, no skin, no fat added for cooking; amount of chicken is your preference. Calculation based on 7 ounces.)
    1/2 cup chopped or sliced onions, any color
    2 ounces sweet roasted red peppers, chopped
    1 cup Kraft Italian Five Cheese (you may want more as we like our cheese on the light side)


Servings: 1/8 pizza
Preheat oven to 450F.
Heat Boboli for 6 minutes and remove.
Add sauce, chicken, sweet peppers. Sprinkle with Cheese.
Put back in oven 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted and pizza heated through.

    I varied a little bit. I didn't use peppers and I used a whole wheat crust. It was awesome! - 3/20/09

    Made it tonight. Loved it! The grocery store didn't have the Boboli so we got a different brand that was thin and crispy...6 minutes was too long to heat it so my crust is a little hard. Next time I'll cut that time time to 3 minutes :) - 5/10/11

    This was really quick and easy. I didn't have any leftover so I used a can of chicken breast that I had and added a little pepper to it. My hubby & I both really enjoyed it. I plan to add this to my menu selections. :) - 4/20/10
