16 oz Jimmy Dean pork sausage hot
2 serving Bacon, fully cooked - Hormel Kirkland signature (2 slice)
4 tsp Better than Boullion Chicken Base (by MANGYCOYOTE)
1 small Onions, raw
3 clove Garlic
1 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower, raw
.5 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream
2 cup Spinach, fresh
1 dash Salt
1 dash Pepper, black
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (by TORI7HARRISON)

Instructions
1. Using a large soup pot, brown your sausage and bacon together. Cut your bacon into bite sized pieces to make it easier to cook.
2. Once your meat is cooked, add in 4 cups water, chicken base, onions, garlic, and cauliflower. Cover and cook on medium heat for about 15 minutes, until the cauliflower is tender.
3. Once the cauliflower is softened, add in heavy cream and spinach (or kale). Cook for about 5 minutes, until spinach (or kale) is soft.
4. Serve with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and a pinch of salt, pepper, and/or crushed red pepper flakes. ENJOY!
