Directions
Heat oven to 450. Cut squash into fourths Clean out seeds and peel. (I portion per person.) slice lengthwise into French Fry strips. Place parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Place fries in single layer. Spray with olive oil cooking spray. Mix spices and spread over fries. Cook for 10-15 minutes.
