Ingredients

    1.5 cup Cannellini Beans or any white bean
    4 date Dates
    2 cloves Garlic
    2 TBS tomato paste
    1/2 tsp Soy sauce (tamari)
    1/4 cup red wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp dry mustard


Directions

Put beans and dates in blender and process til smooth. Add water as needed. Add rest of ingredients and process again.

Serving Size: Makes 16 servings of 2 TBS
