Ingredients

    .5 serving Egg whites, Egg Beater Liquid Egg Whites
    15 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g
    0.25 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend
    .25 tsp Garlic Salt
    8 oz Fish, Swai Fillet
    1 serving Lemon wedge or slice or 1/8 of one 2-1/8" dia lemon (by CHUCKLES0719)

Directions

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Line cookie sheet with foil; generously spray foil with cooking spray.
In shallow bowl or dish, beat egg and water with wire whisk. Mix until well blended. In another shallow bowl or dish, mix bread crumbs, lemon-pepper seasoning and garlic salt.
Dip fish into egg mixture; coat with bread crumb mixture. Place on cookie sheet. Spray with cooking spray.
Bake 10minutes. Turn fillets; bake 5-10 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Place on a serving platter; garnish with lemon wedges.
