Introduction

Ingredients

4 tbsp Butter, salted
1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
0.50 cup (not packed) Raisins
0.33 cup Granulated Sugar
3 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked
4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
.5 tbsp Salt
4 cups almond milk, original
Tips
Could use other nut milks.
Directions
Bring 3 cups cooked rice, 2 cups almond mile, and raisins to boiling. Remove from heat and stir in butter until melted.
In a bowl, combine 2 cups almond milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon. Stir in rice mixture into the egg mixture. Pour into a greased 10 x 8 baking dish.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Stir, and bake an additional 20 minutes, or more as needed ( knife inserted comes out clean). Serve warm, or chilled.
