Ingredients

    4 oz Highliner Sole Fillets
    1 tbsp basil pesto
    1 tsp Lemon Juice
    1/8 tsp Lemon zest
    salt & pepper to tasste

Tips

You can cook this with the rest of the families fish and chips. Cooks from frozen and the same temperature


Directions

Preheat oven to 450F.
Mix Pesto, lemon juice in small container.
Place frozen fillets on baking tray. Spread with Pesto mix.
Sprinkle is lemon zest.
Bake for 14 - 16 mins. turning halfway through if desired.

Serving Size: serves 1 2 small or one large fillet
