Ingredients

    0.33 cup Milk, 1%
    0.33 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    3.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    3.0 tsp Granulated Sugar
    0.33 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    0.25 tsp Vanilla Extract
    0.25 tsp Vanilla Extract
    2.0 tbsp Land O Lakes light butter with canola oil
    0.25 tsp Salt

Directions

Mix all ingredients except butter until no lumps remain. Place butter into a hot cast iron pan and roll around until melted. Pour in batter and bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
