    0.12 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g)
    1 tbsp Mayonnaise, regular (mayo)
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 tbsp Butter, salted
    0.25 tsp McCormick Old Bay Seasoning (by KATANMOL)
