Introduction

A simple stir fry that can be jazzed up with other ingredients as desired. I've used red and orange and yellow peppers, almonds, cashews, water chestnuts, snap peas, green onions, etc. Also you can saute up some chicken in the pan first and then make this stir fry. This is my go-to stir fry recipe. A simple stir fry that can be jazzed up with other ingredients as desired. Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

2 cups cauliflower florets, fresh *
2 cups broccoli florets, fresh *
    .5 medium onion, raw
2 tbsp Trader Joe's coconut aminos
1 tsp garlic salt or powder
    1 tsp onion powder
    1 dash black pepper
    1 dash sea salt
2 tbsp Bertolli Extra Light Olive Oil

    * A 12 oz. bag of fresh mixed broccoli and cauliflower is generally what I use.

Directions

Throw all in large pan with the oil, season, stir fry for 5-7 minutes on medium heat, then put lid on pan and heat through until al dente tender. (Any longer and the vegetables get mushy.)
Can easily be doubled as well.

Serving Size: Makes roughly 4 one-cup servings
