If you are craving BBQ chicken but have little time, this is a quick way to get you fix without using prepared BBQ sauce or firing up the grill! Ingredients

9 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
.5 serving Bacon, fully cooked, 2 slices (Tyson)
.5 small Onions, raw
.5 cup Catsup
3 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar
1 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard
14 gram(s) Avocado Oil - Chosen Foods - 1 TBSP
Tips
This is a nice sauce and if you want to amp up the recipe add about a cup of black beans or kidney beans. Or use ground beef and beans.
Directions
Make sure the bacon is Cooked beforehand if using it.
Cut up chicken into small bit size pieces. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place avocado oil or other vegetable oil in a saute' pan.
Cook chicken until done. Take it out of the pan and set aside.
Add onion to the pan and cook until it's tender and translucent. If you have to add some water to the pan do so so it doesn't burn.
Add the cooked bacon to the onion and stir together about one minute.
Add the catsup, mustard and brown sugar and cook it down on med low heat about 1 or 2 minutes. Add the chicken to reheat and cook a bit.
Makes two servings.
