Ingredients

    0.25 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
    0.33 cup Lemon Juice
    3.0 medium slices, cooked (raw product packed 20/lb) Bacon, pork, microwaved
    450.0 Grams Green Beans (snap)
    2.0 clove Garlic
    32.0 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast
    4.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

Microwave green beans with a drizzle of olive oil and 2 TBSP of water for 3 minutes. Whisk together lemon juice, oregano, salt pepper, garlic and chicken broth Sprinkle chicken breasts with oregano, salt, pepper and brown both sides 6-8 minutes in olive oil in skillet Fry rough chopped bacon in skillet, set aside Combine green beans and chicken in skillet, pour lemon/garlic/broth over evenly, add bacon. Stir well and cook 3 minutes to let flavors melt. Chicken breasts i used were thick, so I butterflies them in half before cooking... serving was 1/2 of the breast Serving Size: 1/2 chicken breast and some beans
