Introduction

This is one of my favorite vegetarian sandwiches. Don't skip the peperoncini, as these mild Greek Peppers are what really gives the sandwich a great kick to it. Ingredients

    2 Slices of Organic Sprouted Multi-Grain Bread
    1/2 tsp. mayo
    1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 cup of alfalfa sprouts
    2-3 slices of small fresh tomato
    2 oz. of sliced Farmer Cheese
    1/2 ripe avocado, sliced thin
    up to 12 slices of Green peperoncini peppers (very mild marinated pepper)

Directions

Very simple!
Just create your sandwich and enjoy with a side of baby carrots or sliced celery.
Very filling and satisfying.
