Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    1 box large shells pasta
    1 lb ground turkey
    4 oz fresh mozzarella cheese
    1 package of frozen chopped spinach, thawed
    1/4 cup parmesean cheese
    1 jar tomato sauce

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

1. Brown turkey in fresh garlic and Italian spices. Let cool.

2. Cook shells according to directions. Drain.

3. Mix spinach, crumbled mozzarella and parm. cheese in a mixture. Add cooked turkey crumbles and mix.

4. Spray non-stick cooking spray in 9x13 pan.

5. Add spinach mixture into each of the shells.

6. Place shells in pan. Cover stuffed shells with tomato/spaghetti sauce.

7. Cook covered for 60 minutes.
