6 oz Baby Carrots
0.5 cup Green Giant Cut Green Beans, can
5 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) Potato, raw
0.5 cup rotel original diced tomatoe & green chilies (by LISABRANDNEW11)
.25 cup Tomato Paste
Tips
While meat browns, I am dicing ingredients. When I add potatoes and carrots, I cover and walk away and let them cook for about 20 min then come back and add green beans. EASY everyday recipe
Directions
1.brown meat in skillet, then drain all grease and put back into skillet
2.add tomato paste, rotel, water (enough to cover potatoes and carrots) and potatoes and carrots
3.cook until potatoes and carrots are soft
4. add green beans
5. Cover and simmer until you are ready to eat
