    0.25 tsp Basil
    0.25 tsp Garlic powder
    1.0 dash Pepper, black
    1.0 dash Salt
1.0 cup, shredded Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk
    1.0 tbsp Cream Cheese
1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
0.25 cup nature's eats blanched almond flour
    0.25 cup Buitoni Marinara Sauce
2.0 slices Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk
    0.5 tsp Baking Powder

Directions

Meatballs In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, basil, garlic powder, and season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix the beef thoroughly. Shape the mixture into meatballs. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add meatballs and cook until browned on each side. Place the meatballs aside. Dough Preheat oven to 370F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a microwave-safe bowl combine mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave on medium until the cheese is melted. You need to have a runny mixture. Fold in baking powder, and egg. Make sure you do it fast so the egg does not cook. Fold in almond flour and knead until the dough comes together. Roll dough to 1/4 inch thick rectangle. Spread half the tomato sauce over the dough and top with a slice of mozzarella cheese. Place the meatballs on top, and pinch the sides of the dough. Brush the meatballs with remaining tomato sauce and place onto prepared baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until dough is cooked and meat is no longer pink inside. Garnish with chopped parsley and basil.
