    1 serving Maple Syrup - Maple Grove Farms Pure Maple Syrup (1/4 cup)
    3 clove Garlic
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers)
    1 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh
    4 tsp Lea & Perrin's Worchestershire Sauce (by CALEKU)
    .25 oz Bissli, Smokey Flavor (by ODDLOTS)
    2 tsp Durkee Grill Creations Kansas City Style Steak Seasoning (by SAMMIGRL)
    8 oz Kirkland Chicken Stock
    1 tsp hot sauce - Cholula hot sauce
    2 tbsp Sour Cream
    3 tbsp Argo 100% Pure Corn Starch

Tips

add any other spices. I added rosemary and basil.


Directions

sautee garlic, onion, and peppers. add rest of the ingredients to the crock pot. cooking crock pot on high for 4 hours or on low for 6 hours. salt and pepper to taste
