A yummy low carb dinner that is so filling and very flexible! Add or remove veggies to taste. Try adding bean sprouts, extra carrots, water chestnuts, egg or ramen noodles or rice! Ingredients

    450.0 Grams (1lb) Pork, ground, raw
    2 Bags of Fresh Express: 3 Colour Coleslaw
    0.5 cup Soy Sauce
    2.0 tbsp (or to taste) Garlic powder
    1.0 tbsp (or to taste) Ginger, ground
    Pepper to taste

Directions

Fry pork on Med high heat, adding a bit of oil if needed. When pork is cooked, add cabbage mix and soya sauce and lower temp to Medium heat and cook for 5 minutes. Add spices and stir. Cook until desired consistency.
