Ingredients

    12 serving Egg - Large (1 egg)
    32 tbsp Crumbled Bacon - Members Mark
    224 gram(s) Triple Cheddar - Kraft Creamy Melt Shredded Cheese
    .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    .5 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh
    .5 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    4 tbsp Cream, Land O Lakes Heavy Whipping Cream

Tips

Is also great with sliced mushrooms added!


Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Use 2 cups of crumbled bacon in frying pan. Turn on med heat and fry to your liking. I then add the peppers and onions with the bacon and cook them until your desired softness. While that is going I take 12 eggs and put in mixing bowl, add heavy cream and pepper. Whip until mixed. I then pour half the cheese and bacon mix into the egg mixture. I use a 9x12 pan and spray it with Pam so it does not stick. Last step is to pour the mix into the 9x12 pan and pop in the oven. I cook for 30 minutes and then add the rest of cheese. Pop it back in for about 5 more minutes and its done!
