junior's is a great restaurant. It is a dinner with a huge menu. Unfortunately their coleslaw has sugar but no mayo so it's a push. Ingredients

    .5 cup Granulated Sugar
    8 tbsp Apple cider vinegar drink (10 ml in a glass of water)
    .33 cup Canola Oil
    .5 tsp Salt
    .5 tsp Mustard Powder, Dried Spice - 1 tsp ggg (by MG7_FIT)
    2 medium Carrots, raw
    .5 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia Cabbage, fresh

Tips

I use my food processor to prepare the carrots and cabbage. It may take longer if you have to it by hand


Directions

Chop the carrots and slice the cabbage thin or get a bag of cole slaw fixings. Dissolve sugar in vinegar. Mix in other dressing ingredients, and then pour dressing mixture over vegetables. Toss well
