    6 serving Newman's Own Sockarooni Sauce, 1/2 cup
    1 serving Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano
    3 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw
    3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    1 large Onions, raw
    8 serving Garlic, Minced, Spice World (garlic,water,phosphoric acid) (by HANSOMEBOY)
    392 gram Gardeins beefless ground (by MARIAD90)
    128 gram Green Gram lentil cooked( whole moong Dal)
    4 tbsp Parsley

Directions

Put everything in a crockpot. Veggies should be chopped, lentils should be cooked, and vegan crumbles should be cooked according to package.
