Ingredients

    # 4 fresh large tomatoes cut in half
    # 1/2 fresh onion
    # 2 tbsp freshed parsley
    # 1 tbsp melted butter or olive oil
    # 2 cup fresh spinach
    # Salt and pepper as desired
    # 1 clove garlic, chopped
    # 3/4 cup Bread crumbs (seasoned)
    # 2.5 oz (1/2 package) Romano cheese

Directions

Place tomatoes in a greased GLASS baking dish. Take the rest of ingredients (except breadcrumbs and cheese) and blend in food processor. Spread mixture on top of tomatoes. Top tomatoes with bread crumbs and cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
