Ingredients

    3 medium Cucumber (peeled)
    1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    3 tbsp Daisy Light Sour Cream
    3 tbsp Alessi White Balsamic Vinegar
    5 serving Sugar Substitute, Sweet N Low Packet

Directions

Slice Peeled Cucumber and onion very thin, add salt, cover and let drain for 4+ hours. Mix Sour Cream, vinegar and sweet & low and pour over cucumbers. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
