Ingredients

    1 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    0.5 tsp Baking Soda
    0.25 dash Salt
    0.5 cup, packed Brown Sugar
    0.35 cup Granulated Sugar
    4 tbsp Butter, salted
    1 serving Egg white, large
    1.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
    0.5 serving Nestle Semisweet Chocolate Chips, 1 tbsp

Directions

Preheat oven to 375. Combine flour, baking soda and salt. In mixer bowl, add brown sugar, sugar, egg white and vanilla and mix on medium speed untill smooth and creamy. Blend in flour mixture and stir in chocolate chips. Drop batter by teaspoonfuls 2 inches sorry on larger baking sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden. Cool on wire rack. Cookies will puff during baking and flatten when cooled. Serving Size: Teaspoon drops makes 32 cookies
