Ingredients

    0.5 stick Butter, salted
    0.5 cup Milk, nonfat
    0.5 tsp Salt
    3.0 cup slices Peaches, fresh
    1.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    3.0 tsp Baking Powder
    0.5 cup Granulated Sugar
    1.0 cup Granulated Sugar
    1.0 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    8.0 oz Fresh Bluberries (4oz) (1/2 cup)

Directions

Mix first six ingredients into batter. Pat into a 13×9 buttered pan. Place fruit evenly over batter. Pour 1 cup sugar over fruit. Pour cold water over sugar. Bake for 35 minutes at 375 degrees. Whole wheat flour may be used with good result. Great cobbler for most fruits and berries. Serving Size: 8 servings
