Ingredients

10 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck
2 oz Crystal Farms Marble Jack Cheese (a blend of Colby & Monterey Jack)
2 cup, sliced Zucchini
2 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh
1 serving David Sun Flower Seeds
2 tbsp Cilantro, dried
2 serving Onions, yellow, raw 1 oz.
.5 tsp Cumin seed
.5 tsp Coriander seed
.5 tsp Oregano, ground
Directions
Chop sun flower seed. De stem cilantro & chop. Cut onion in half and dice to about a quarter inch pieces. Save second half for another time. Trim ends off Zucchini and slice in half length wise. Slice across into half inch pieces. .
Put cabbage and sunflower seed and about half of cilantro in medium bowl.
Place ground beef and onion in another bowl and season with cumin,coriander & oregano. Mix and shape into patties.
Heat in pan over medium heat for about 2 minutes., until brown on both sides.
Transfer patties to foil lined baking sheet and sprinkle with Monterey Jack cheese. Broil for about 6 minutes until ground beef is cooked temp at 160 degrees.
Cook Zucchini in same pan you browned meat in for about 3-4 minutes or until tender stirring constantly.
Serve patties, zucchini, and cabbage on plate.
Serving Size: 4oz per serving. Half of Zucchini and cabbage per serving.
