Ingredients

1 large Sweet potato, cooked, baked in skin, without salt
3 tbsp Cream, Land O Lakes Heavy Whipping Cream
0.5 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
4 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla
    2 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground
    2.5 oz Ginger, Crystallized

Directions

boil sweet potato in boiling water for 15 to 20 minutes until it is soft and use a toothpick to check. once the sweet potato is finished cooked, drained the water, then combine ingredients together like your heavy cream and skim milk, and almond milk to the saucepan, i use what was available in the fridge that is why i use very little heavy cream, add vanilla and cinnamon and crystallized ginger to the pot and mash it up together. everything is supposed to be done in the saucepan, easy clean up. i like to eat this warm very if you have that sweet craving or you want something to eat for breakfast.
