Ingredients

    2 cup, crushed, sliced, or chunks Pineapple, canned
    3.5 cup Brown Rice, medium grain
    3 cup, sliced Zucchini
    1 cup, strips or slices Carrots, raw
    1 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw
    20 oz Pork chop thin sliced boneless
    2 tbsp Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce

Directions

Sauté meat in pan. Cook rice to bag instructions. Sauté the carrots and zucchini until tender. Mix all ingredients together then serve.
