Introduction

Ingredients

    Pasta, cooked, 70 grams
    Cream Cheese, Fat Free, 50 grams
    Tomato Paste, 1 Tsp
    Garlic, 1 clove (or 1 Tsp Garlic Paste
    Turkey Ham, 2 slices
    Parsley, dried, 1 tsp (alternatively mixed italian herbs)
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (Depending on preference)
    Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp

Directions

Fill a pan with boiling water and a table spoon of soy sauce, add the pasta and bring to the boil, cook for 10-12 minutes depending on preference.

After 5 minutes, while the pasta is cooking, put the cream cheese and about a table spoon of water in a seperate pan, i use a small frying pan. Add the tomato paste and the garlic paste and mix thouroughly. Now add the ham, ripped or chopped into small pieces, according to your preference along with a teaspoon of mixed herbs.

lastly as the pasta is almost done stir water into the sauce to bring to your desired consistency and take off the heat.

drain pasta and serve with the sauce. mix together thoroughly to coat the pasta in the sauce.
