Introduction

This chili has some heat, but can be altered to not have heat. I created this recipe on the fly one day and it has been a smash hit with everyone who tried it. This chili has a nice blend of beans and tomatoes to balance it out. If made using the Desert Pepper XXX hot Habanero Pepper Sauce it will leave that burn so good feeling. For a not so spicy chili just omit the Desert Pepper. This recipe has room for adding ingredients or omitting ingredients. I usually season my ground beef as well. The ingredients list has my spices listed in it. This chili has some heat, but can be altered to not have heat. This was some good chili. I added green pepper and mushrooms, and instead of all of the hot sauces, I just added fresh habanero. The flavor was delish and it was spicy, just like I like it! - 9/23/08

I cannot rate this recipe as I have no tried it yet, but I thought I would add my two cents :) I used to make chili all the time but always thought it was missing something until a friedn told me about Cumin and voila the missing ingredient. I also add chopped sweet pepper (red/yellow/orange/green) - 8/5/08

This is honestly one of the best chili recipes I have ever eaten. Of course I get it directly from the cook, but it is UNBELIEVABLE! - 7/29/08

I made a mistake on the amount of servings it actually makes around 10 to 12 one cup servings. I am Sorry about this mistake, and I can not figure out how to change it in the recipe.
