Introduction
Super quick, super cheap, healthy twist on the ol' kraft dinner. Instead of putting in butter with the cheese powder, add cottage cheese, peas, egg white and pepper. When you've added the extra ingredients, put it on low heat to simmer for 5 minutes or until it reaches the desired consistency. Season as desired- tabasco or salt improves the taste.NOTE: this recipe is best made with white macaroni & cheese (not yellow), but I couldn't find the nutritional info for unprepared white mac & cheese.
