Introduction

Ingredients

    10 olives - pitted kalmata olives
    2 serving Chicken of the Sea Pink Salmon 1 Packet 2.6 oz
    2 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes
    2-14 oz cans artichoke
    1/2 cup Newman's Own Lighten Up Light Italian Dressing
    1/2 cup, chopped Onions, raw

Tips

You can use black olives but kalmata olives make all the difference in this salad. You can add chunks of swiss or any white cheese. You can also use greek dressing or any other.


Directions

Drain the canned ingredients, mix everything together. Add fresh basil if you prefer. (I do)
