Ingredients

    2 bananas, frozen and cut into chunks
    4 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, shelf stable
    2 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
    2 date, pitted Medjool dates
    Vanilla extract to taste
    Cinnamon to taste

    Optional,
    Several mint leaves or mint extract

Tips

This is a base. Yes, it’s the famous Nice Cream with additions. Play with it, make it yours.
I like dates because of a caramel note, and fiber. Any sweetener you like will work. For some, the bananas themselves will be sweet enough.


Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
