Ingredients

1/2 oz Blue Cheese, crumbled
1 dash Pepper, black
1 dash Salt
1 cup Arugula
1 Ole Extreme wellness high Fiber low carb-Tortilla Wrap
1 oz serving ultra thin deli ham (about 60cal for 2oz)
1/2 tsp Olive Oil
1/4 pear, medium pear, thinly sliced
Directions
1. preheat oven to 400
2. place wrap on baking sheet and rub 1/2 tsp oil over surface; salt and pepper to taste
3. put wrap in heated over for 2 - 3 minutes (should bubble up and be just slightly beginning to brown on bubble)
4. remove wrap from oven, top with arugula, ham and pear slices. dot with blue cheese
5. return to oven for additional 2 minutes (toppings should be warm but not overcooked
6. remove from oven and roll into wrap
Serving Size: 1 wrap
