Introduction

Ingredients

    8 oz dry pasta of your choice
    2 6 oz cans water packed tuna, drained
    1/2 white onion, chopped
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    2 tbs dried parsley
    2 T white wine vinegar
    3 T olive oil
    1 garlic clove, chopped
    1 tsp dijon mustard
    salt/pepper to taste

Directions

Boil pasta according to directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Place cooled pasta in large bowl and add tuna, onion, pepper, parsley and garlic.

For the dressing, whisk oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper together in small bowl. Add dressing to salad and toss well to coat.

    Incredible!
    EXCELLENT!! The only change I made was using a red bell pepper instead of green. I prefer the sweetness of red peppers! I will definately make this again!!!!! - 8/7/08
