Ingredients

    1 Apple, fresh, (1 cup, quartered or chopped)
    Strawberries, fresh, 1 cup, sliced
    Kiwi (med.), 2, peeled & sliced
    Banana, fresh, 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) peeled & sliced
    lime juice, 1 tbsp
    Granulated Sugar, 6 tsp (2 tbs)
    Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp
    Nutmeg, ground, .5 tsp

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl, cover and refrigerate for 20 min. before serving.
Serving size depends on individuals. This could be around 16 1/2 cup servings.
