First made at beach with ingredients on hand and we all loved so much, it became our family recipe. You can add onions to it, but at the beginning, my kids didn’t like chunks and my husband doesn’t like kidney beans. Ingredients

    425 grams Tomato Sauce
    439 Grams Beans, pinto
    16 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck
    Paul Prudhomme’s blackened Redfish magic to taste

Directions

Cook ground chuck until done and scattered apart, add tomato sauce and drained pinto beans. Add water if needed to thin. Sprinkle in the blackened redfish magic to your own taste, starting light as it can build up heat, adding more if you want it hotter. Cook 45 minutes. Serve with crackers or with hotdogs with chili and cheese on top. Enjoy! Serving Size: Mashed 4 cups, give or take
