Ingredients

    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    3 clove Garlic
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    7 serving Ricotta - Part Skim - Crystal Farms - FF's - 90Cal/1/4-Cup
    1.25 cup Campbells Condensed Tomato Soup
    3.25 cup Tomato Sauce, Hunts Sauce
    2.50 cup Newman's Own Tomato and Basil Bombolina Sauce
    4 cup Morningstar Farms Grillers Crumbles
    8 oz Lasagna Noodles (Cremette)
    14 serving Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded (Crystal Farms)

Directions

Place olive oil in large skillet over medium heat and add onion and garlic, cook 3 to 5 minutes, add Morningstar crumbles and cook until done. Add tomato sauce, tomato soup, Newman's Own sauce and cook until heated through. Cook lasagna noodles according to directions on package and drain. In separate small bowl, mix ricotta cheese with egg. In 9 x 13 pan, arrange a small layer of sauce, three noodles and half of ricotta cheese. Add more sauce, 1/3 of the mozzarella and another layer of noodles. Add the rest of the ricotta mixture, more sauce and 1/3 of the mozzarella. Add more sauce, the third and final layer of noodles, the rest of the sauce and the final third of the mozzarella. Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees
