Introduction

Makes two 1/2 cup servings equals 2.2 weight watchers points each 1/2 cup. Makes two 1/2 cup servings equals 2.2 weight watchers points each 1/2 cup.

Ingredients

    1 cup Whole Wheat Pasta (macaroni, penni, etc)
    2 slices Fat Free American Cheese
    1 wedge Laughing Cow Low Fat swiss cheese
    1 Tbsp Fat Free Cream Cheese
    Herbs, garlic, pepper if desired

Directions

Boil pasta per package instructions.

Microwave 2 slices fat free American cheese, 1 tablespoon fat free cream cheese and 1 wedge low fat laughing cow cheese 1 min.

Add some of the water from boiling pasta as needed to thin to desired consistency.

Add garlic or herbs as desired.

Pour over cooked pasta.
