Ingredients
-
Rinse and pick over
3 cup Hableman fresh cranberries.
Remove any soft ones. Put onto a sheet pan large enough for the cranberries to make a single layer.
In a separate bowl, combine:
24 tsp Splenda (1/2 cup)
0.5 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar
1 Serving(s) Zest of a whole orange
1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
0.75 tsp Ginger, ground
0.25 tsp MORTON Sea Salt, Fine Salt
0.25 tsp Cloves, ground
Use your fingers to mix the sugars, zest of a whole orange, and spices together. Sprinkle over the cranberries and roll them around to make sure they’re well covered. Cook for 10 minutes.
Mix the liquids together:
0.5 cup Orange juice fresh
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
Remove sugar coated cranberries from oven. Drizzle vanilla orange juice mix over the pan. Stir. Put pan back in the oven. Cook for 10 more minutes.
The mix will thicken slightly. Stir it up. If you like the consistency, use spatula to put into a 2 cup container. Store in refrigerator. It will thicken some more due to the natural pectin in the fruit.
Directions
