3 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
1.50 tsp Maple Sugars
1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
0.50 serving Pacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Vegetable Broth, 1 cup
2 serving Fresh Green Beans (1 cup)
0.25 tsp Braggs Organic Sprinkles
.5 tsp Pink Himalayan Sea Salt

Step 1
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions, and sprinkle with 1/2 tsp of salt, stirring occasionally, until golden, 10 to 15 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, bring a large saucepan of water to a boil. Add green beans and cook, uncovered, until crisp-tender, 6 to 7 minutes. Drain.
Step 3
Add broth to the onions; cook for 5 minutes. Stir in vinegar, maple sugar and braggs sprinkles. Add the beans, cover and cook for 2 minutes. Serve warm.
