Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

Beans, navy, 2 cup (soaked, drained and picked through)
    Chicken Broth, 2 cup
    Chili powder, 2 tsp
    Garlic, 3 tsp
Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 1/4 cup
Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning, 1 tsp (or to taste)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Hunt's 100% Natural Stewed Tomatoes, 1 can(pureed in blender)
    Water, tap,4- 6 cup
Pork Ribs, country style, 2 lbs (weight includes bone)
Worchestershire sauce, 1 TBS (or to taste)
salt and pepper and additional seasonings to taste.

Directions

Combine all ingredients in crockpot. Cook on high for 4-6 hours, or low for 8-10 hours.

Serve with rice, bread, or by itself.

Tip: I like to take the meat out when it is done and remove the bones and fat before returning it to the crockpot. I also like to stick a few ice cubes in the crockpot then scoop them up. It helps to remove some of the fat.
