    1.0 cup Salsa Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies Ro*Tel Original
    3 pepper Jalapeno Peppers
    4 clove Garlic
    3 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    1 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw

Tips

Use a pressure cooker such as an instapot and then let it stay warm all day. make it spicy to your preference

Put 3 cups of pinto beans, 2 cups of brown rice, 1 8oz can of Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies, 1 4 oz can of diced jalapeno peppers, 4 cups of fresh diced mixed bell peppers, half fresh white onion, 1 can of no fat chicken broth, lots of fresh garlic pressed and a few raw cloves to be removed later, chili powder and hot salt (to preference
