Introduction

This is just something quick I throw together when I'm feeling like I need something filling but easy. This is just something quick I throw together when I'm feeling like I need something filling but easy.

Ingredients

    Pizza Dough (a 4 serving package)
    Ripe Tomato (1 large whole)
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 4 oz (fresh!)
    *Digiorno Basil Pesto Sauce, 0.125 cup or 2 1/2 tbs.

Directions

This is so easy. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Just mix the dough package according to directions. While it rises- cut 1 tomato (large) into thin slices and do the same with the mozzarella cheese. Put the dough on a pizza stone, stretch it out, and place in the oven for 10 min w/o toppings. After the 10 min. put the basil pesto on first (cover the dough), then the tomatoes (layered so they're hardly touching), then the mozzarella on top. Place back in the over for 5-7 more min. When removed sprinkle fresh basil and a little balsamic vinegar on top. Enjoy.
