Introduction

I made these with Becel rather than butter as i have high cholesterol and heart issues. You can roll these into 20 individual cookies balls and keep them in the fridge or freezer, but i wanted to try them as cookies and they worked just fine! Im thrilled! Ingredients

    2.0 cup nature's eats blanched almond flour
    1/2 cup Stevia in the Raw
    1.0 tsp Ginger, ground
    1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1.0 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    1 cup (melted) BECEL - Original Margarine

Directions

Mix all the dry ingredients together then stir in butter or margarine until everything is well mixed. Shape into 45 small balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Press down with a fork. Bake at 350 for 10-12 mins or freeze to eat cold. Either way is yummy!
