Ingredients

1 serving active dry yeast ( 1 pk) (by CBOWMAN82)
.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
6 tsp Granulated Sugar
2 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
.5 tsp Salt
.5 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup
2 tbsp Butter, unsalted
Tips
If you want to prepare the rolls in advance, follow the directions up until you place the (unbaked) rolls in the baking pan, then tightly cover the pan with plastic wrap. Place into freezer. When ready to bake rolls, remove them from the freezer and place them into the refrigerator overnight and then bring them to room temp to rise before baking them as directed.
Directions
* combine warm water, yeast and sugar and let stand for 5 minutes
* add one cup of flour, salt, whole milk, melted butter and beat for 2 minutes
* add additional flour and beat for 2 minutes until dough forms a ball, if very sticky add more flour
* flour your work surface, knead dough for 2 minutes, then place into greased bowl and cover with a towel, set in dark, warm area for 30 minutes until it has doubled in size
* grease your pan, divide dough into 12 pieces, and roll pieces into a ball and arrange on pan, cover rolls with towel and place in dark, warm area for 30 minutes to rise
* Preheat oven to 375 F, uncover rolls and bake for 20 - 25 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through
* remove from oven, brush with butter and serve
