Quick, easy, and filling stir Fry. Traditionally eaten in crepes, but we usually just eat as-is. Can put offer rice if you prefer. Ingredients

    16 ounces Chicken Breast
    8 serving Fresh Coleslaw Mix (Cabbage/Carrot mix) (85g)
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    3 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    10 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
    5 tbsp Soy Sauce
    5 clove Garlic
    1 1tsp Coconut Oil
    .5 cup Chicken Broth

Directions

Heat oil, add green onions, garlic, and mushrooms. Sauté for a few minutes. Add chicken and brown. Add in coleslaw mix (1-2 bags), Hoisin, and chicken broth. Stir, then cover and simmer for 15 mins to cook chicken through and soften coleslaw.
